Beginners Please present’s HOME by Nadia Fall.

This spectacular play takes the true stories of the residents of an East London homeless shelter and the people who work there and weaves them into a stunning display of human resilience.

Beginners Please is a community outreach theatre company that works with people who have gone through unimaginable hardship and gives access to the performing arts. This year, the company is built of amateur actors who have a lived experience of homelessness.
HOME tells the stories of 14 real people who lived or worked in a homeless hostel in East London. The words spoken are verbatim. The experiences are real. Directed by Michael Speight (Beginners Please Presents Romeo & Juliet 2025) this timely piece of theatre will leave you laughing, crying and thinking about those we pass on the street too frequently.
